Designed with love in Dubai, United Arab Emirates – our collection features eco-friendly and sustainable alternatives for your every-day baby and toddler products. Founded by a mother, our products are both functional and contemporary and we believe in simple Nordic aesthetics with a Middle Eastern twist when it comes to our designs and colour palette. 

We call ourselves BABY BOSS simply because we believe that your baby is the future. We want our kids to inherit a kinder environment and grow up as responsible leaders striving for a healthier planet. It all starts with small actions, small choices - whether it means creating healthier consumer habits, reducing plastic waste, recycling or planting a tree. As parents, we can educate our kids - there is no age limit for being kind to our planet. Every little action matters and even a small step towards safer environment can make a big difference. 

Our team takes great care in ethically and responsibly sourcing our products and making sure that the materials we use are sustainable and free of toxic chemicals - just the way your baby boss deserves!
