Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with the item received, we are here to help. You can return it to us within 7 calendar days of receipt and we will give you store credit for the same amount. The store credit will be valid for 12 months.

Returns are only accepted for items purchased on www.babybossme.com website. Returned items must be received in unused and re-sellable condition, and the item must still be in its original packaging. The store credit will be applied only after physical evaluation of the item and that it’s eligible for return. 

Shipping costs for returned items are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you request a pick-up for your returned item, a charge of 50 AED will be applied.

If you want to return an item or you have any other issue regarding returns, contact us at hello@babybossme.com Please note that our return policy applies only to items delivered within the UAE. We are currently unable to process returns to any other destination.

WRONG, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE

If the item you purchased on www.babybossme.com is wrong, damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@babybossme.com and we will investigate the issue further, and accordingly arrange a courier to pick up the item. After physical inspection of the item, we will either proceed replacing the damaged of defective item for you or issue a full refund for the wrong item received (or store credit of the equal amount).

CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order if the item has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, send email at hello@babybossme.com. If you have already paid for your item, refund transfer will be issued accordingly. If the item has already been dispatched, you can return the item following our return policy. Cancellation is only accepted on the items purchased on www.babybossme.com
